Jumpboard on the Reformer is used during Pilates workout to strengthen the legs, increase cardiovacular work, and "jumping" loads bones to help in building and strengthening bones, which is especially good for Osteopenia and Osteoporosis clients. This is used during Pilates Privates or Semi-Privates in my Pilates Studio.
